Quesnel's medical team is well appreciated. Traditional clinics, a Primary Care model, resident and visiting specialists, a 38 bed hospital, mental health services, a long term care facility and hospice care are all located in Quesnel.

Northern Health

Quesnel is located in the Northern Health region. Northern Health's main office is in Prince George, but is also one of Quesnel's biggest employers. They are responsible for GR Baker Memorial Hospital, the Quesnel Primary Care Clinic, the Quesnel Public Health Unit, Dunrovin Park Lodge, and the Quesnel Mental Health Team, QUESST Unit.

Quesnel Women's Resource Centre

The Quesnel Women's Resource Centre is run by and for women, offering a variety of services and supports. Women can drop in to borrow resources or discuss issues that are facing them.  The centre runs the weekly Luna Women's Health Clinic, where women can receive health checks and screening from a public health nurse.
